Welcome to Open Journal, an interview series offering an intimate look into the creative lives of authors. Each week, we trace the journey of a story from its earliest beginnings, exploring how a simple idea becomes a published book that delights and inspires readers around the world.

Open Journal is for anyone curious about how books are made, and anyone quietly imagining one of their own. We hope these stories encourage you to begin. And when you’re ready to make yours a reality, we can help with that too.
